We're pleased to announce the launch of Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite 6.2 and Red Hat JBoss BRMS 6.2, our business process management (BPM) and business rules management platforms. These updates introduce a number of feature enhancements and new capabilities designed to infuse greater speed, quality, and control into the day-to-day creation and management of business rules and processes.

New capabilities introduced in these updates include a data mapping tool, rule integrity checking tools, and APIs that can enable case management-style applications, as well as improvements to the data modeler, rules editor, business resource planner, searching and sorting capabilities for task lists, and more. More information about these capabilities can be found on the JBoss BPM Suite and JBoss BRMS product pages.

With this update, we've also helped to make it possible for users to provision a Linux container image for the JBoss BRMS decision server that can be deployed on a container host. This builds on Red Hat's leadership in helping to bring application containers to the enterprise and serves as an important piece of our containerized middleware capabilities.

JBoss BPM Suite and JBoss BRMS are available for download by members of the JBoss Developer community. Customers can get the latest updates from the Red Hat Customer Portal.
